George Arthur Wagner was born on Saturday, 13 October 1928 at Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John Wesley Wagner and Luva Elizabeth Moore. George married (1) Alice Irene Dowling. He and Alice were divorced in 1955. George married (2), at the age of 26 Mary Jane Kasaback, daughter of August Kasaback and Mary Mishienko, on Saturday, 23 July 1955 at Warren, Conewango Township, Warren County, Pennsylvania. He died on Friday, 29 October 2004 at the age of 76 years and 16 days.
