Hannah B. Wagner was born on Monday, 10 January 1853 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Samuel Wagner and Margaret Rebecca Barner. Hannah married, at the age of 25 Ceasley Eugene Tomb, age 26, son of Michael Tomb and Ellen Gamble, on Wednesday, 21 August 1878. She died on Thursday, 23 September 1937 at the age of 84 years, 8 months and 13 days at Rauchtown, Crawford Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
