     Debra Edna Barner was born on Tuesday, 25 October 1960 at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Charles Orman Barner and Edna May Gausmann. Debra married, at the age of 18 James Michael Roush, son of Stanley Milton Roush and Hanna Fae Mitchell, on Saturday, 24 March 1979 at Good Shepard Lutheran Church, Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
