     C Richard Karstetter was born on Saturday, 27 March 1920 at Loganton, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Clarence Karstetter and Bernice Bright Kleckner. C married Dorothy E. Sechrist. He was killed in an automobile accident along with his wife on Monday, 11 February 1991 at the age of 70 years, 10 months and 15 days. He was buried at Trough Creek Cemetery, Huntingdon, Oneida Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
