Florence Schwoebel was born on Friday, 18 May 1894 at New Rockford, Eddy County, North Dakota. She was the daughter of William Carl Schwoebel and Elizabeth O'Conner. Florence married, at the age of 23 Charles Cockburn, age 26 on Wednesday, 1 August 1917. She died in March 1973 at the age of 78 years and 9 months.
