     James Burton Allison was born on Monday, 1 October 1917 at Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio. He was the son of Benjamin Budd Allison and Mary Ann Leitch. James married Mary Josephine Miller. He died on Saturday, 1 February 1941 at the age of 23 years and 4 months at Catonsville, Baltimore County, Maryland.
