Samuel Barner Wilt was born on Monday, 22 June 1891 at Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of George Washington Wilt and Mary Francis Barner. He was buried at Muncy Cemetery, Muncy, Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
