     Paul LeRoy Barner was born on Wednesday, 24 July 1918 at Sunbury, Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Gardner O'Clare Barner and Eva nmn Schuman. Paul married, at the age of 19 Hazel Merle Thompson, age 20, daughter of Fay Thompson and Francis Forsey, on Saturday, 2 October 1937 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He died on Sunday, 15 October 1995 at the age of 77 years, 2 months and 21 days at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on Wednesday, 18 October 1995 at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Dunnstable Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
