Oliver A. Kepler was born in 1888. He was the son of Amos L. Kepler and Phoebe [?]. Oliver married Estella Irene Barner, daughter of George Franklin Barner and Wilda Campbell, on Tuesday, 18 November 1913 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He died on Monday, 6 April 1936 at the age of 48 years at North Bend, Chapman Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was buried at North Bend, Chapman Township, Pennsylvania.
