     Linda Lee Barner was born on Saturday, 17 January 1942 at Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Warren Dean Barner and Margaret Evelyn Wentzel. Linda married, at the age of 22 William Boswell Merkel on Saturday, 19 September 1964 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She died from cancer on Sunday, 30 September 1979 at the age of 37 years, 8 months and 13 days at Pennsylvania. She was buried at Oval Cemetery, Oval, Limestone Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
