     Cleston P. Albright was born on Monday, 9 August 1909 out of wedlock. He was the son of Pearl O. Frank. Cleston became a step-son of Chauncey Franklin Royer when Pearl remarried. Cleston married Dorothy E. Miller, daughter of Glenn Griffin and Mabel M. Miller. He died in February 1978 at the age of 68 years and 5 months.
