     Harry E. Barner was born on Monday, 6 December 1915 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Guy Fountain Barner and Myrtle Viola Epler. Harry married, at the age of 25 Elizabeth Rose Eck, age 22, daughter of Walter J. Eck and Martha Steppe, on Thursday, 8 May 1941 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He died on Sunday, 12 August 1984 at the age of 68 years, 8 months and 6 days. He was buried at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Montgomery RD2, Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
