Betsy married, at the age of 20 William Dayton Barner, age 24, son of John B. Barner and Sarah Alice Brownlee, on Saturday, 5 October 1901 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She died on Thursday, 20 January 1972 at the age of 91 years, 1 month and 10 days at North Bend, Chapman Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She was buried at North Bend, Chapman Township, Pennsylvania.
