     Marvin E. Russell was born on Monday, 17 April 1922 at Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John E. Russell and Myrtle Young. Marvin married, at the age of 24 Haroldine Eleanor Koch, age 23, daughter of William Werner Koch and Carrie Anna Mae Bierly, on Saturday, 20 July 1946. He died due to congestive heart failure on Saturday, 9 June 2007 at the age of 85 years, 1 month and 23 days at home at Peoria, Maricopa County, Arizona. He was interred at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Dunnstable Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
