     Samuel Edward Bair was born on Sunday, 28 May 1893 at Perry County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Noah W. Bair and Amanda M. Kepner. Samuel married, at the age of 19 Cordelia E. Watts, age 20, daughter of [?] Watts and Bessie [?], on Wednesday, 8 January 1913. He died in February 1967 at the age of 73 years and 8 months.
