     William Jared Barner was born on Wednesday, 7 February 1894 at Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Christian Samuel Barner and Mabel Lillian Embick. William married (1) Ella M. Selfe. William married (2) Sylvia L. Blust. He died on Wednesday, 7 January 1976 at the age of 81 years and 11 months at Seminole County, Florida. He was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedar Hill, Lamar Township (near Mill Hall), Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
