     Howard Earl Barner was born on Thursday, 17 February 1927 at Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. He was the son of George Franklin Pierce Barner and Lottie May Parker. Howard married, at the age of 19 Winifred Gladys Ann Koenig on Tuesday, 19 March 1946. He died at his home on Saturday, 16 February 2002 at the age of 74 years, 11 months and 30 days at Neversink, Sullivan County, New York. He was cremated by Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, Orange County, New York.
