     Ruth Esther Barner was born on Friday, 12 December 1902 at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Collinson Barner and Emma Dietz. Ruth married Wilmer Leland Ulsh, son of Cloyd Orestus Ulsh and Emma J. Cauffman. She died on Saturday, 4 October 1969 at the age of 66 years, 9 months and 22 days at Millerstown, Greenwood Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
