Florence Virginia Wian was born on Monday, 27 September 1886 at Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Lewis Wian and Eliza A. Whitting. She died on Wednesday, 24 March 1971 at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 25 days. She was buried at Bellefonte Cemetery, Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
