     Ruth Catharine Aikey was born on Sunday, 16 December 1900 at Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Toner Jacob Aikey and Mabel May Barner. Ruth married, at the age of 19 Joseph McMitchlem Flack, age 21 on Saturday, 3 April 1920. She died on Friday, 26 December 1952 at the age of 52 years and 10 days. She was buried at Union Cemetery, Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
